Which ski level?
Playful ski lessons with hard plastic skis - 50 min., max. 2 children per ski instructor
How do we classify our groups?
On the first day of class, your child will have to make a small test run (except beginners). The groups will be classified by ski level. Of course we will also consider the children´s age and language.
- All courses start on Sunday till Friday. The children can start every day of the week, as long as they are able to join existing groups.
- During Christmas and Spring holidays group courses will also take place on Saturday.
On January first the group lessons will start 1 hour later.
Together in one group
We group the children based on skiing ability, age, and language.
If your child would like to ski with friends or siblings and their skill levels are similar, just let us know at the meeting point on the first day – we’ll do our best to make it happen!
There’s no need to mention this when booking online.
If the children have different skill levels but still want to stay together, they will be placed according to the ability of the less experienced child – and the stronger skier will need to adjust.
Ski Race and Prize Ceremony
Get ready for some race-day fun as our kids hit the start line to show off their skills! Every racer receives a medal and certificate to celebrate their performance and effort.
Prize giving for all children takes place outdoors. Details will be provided on site.

10 Tips
10 TIPS FOR SKIING WITH KIDS!
- Explain to your little ones how the ski lesson works – you’ll drop them off in the morning, they’ll practise on their own, and at the end of the week, they’ll show you what they’ve learned!
- Keep drop-off quick and cheerful – it helps the kids say goodbye with a smile!
- Good ski equipment – Get good, modern ski gear to make learning much easier!
- Make sure your kids are well rested. If you arrive late, it’s advisable to start ski lessons at midday or the following day.
- Helmets are a must – make sure to rent or buy one!
- It’s best for kids to stay with their group and eat lunch together – that keeps things relaxed. For advanced groups, lunch supervision takes place in various restaurants in the Zillertal Arena.
- Booking online guarantees your spot in the course.
- Get all the important details like meeting point, lift pass, group assignments, ski races, and events at the ski school office.
- For 2-year-olds, there’s a 50-minute mini carving session (max. 2 kids per instructor, bookable only on site). For 3-year-olds, we recommend a 2-hour ski course. Both can be combined with kindergarten care.
- Pay attention to the weather and clothing: use high UV-factor sunscreen and sunglasses when it’s sunny; wear warm, waterproof clothing in cold weather (scarf, helmet, hat, ski suit, gloves, thermal underwear).
